After discussing with the client, the orientation freshman reports the case in a conversation circle; this is the moment when freshmen and interns contribute to outlining legal possibilities for the client's report. At the end of the conversation circle, each case will be assigned to a rotating intern. Additionally, conducts jurisprudence and doctrine research.Administration - records the previous day's orientations and the day's hearings, checks documents, files physical petitions, and manages library organization.Reception - greets individuals arriving at the Legal Department. In this way, it develops familiarity with the DJ's functioning dynamics so that it can explain them to clients when necessary. Additionally, monitors the number of individuals approved in the socio-economic screening to register them in LawOffice.
