In 2014, I worked with our team to successfully gain entry into the Sinapse da Inovação program, a Santa Catarina government initiative in partnership with Sebrae, Certi, and FAPESC. Our project was selected as one of the top 100 from over 1,300 submissions, marking a significant milestone for our startup.In 2015, we were accepted into Darwin Startups (darwinstartups.com), an acceleration program from Cventures, in collaboration with Certi, Sebrae, Celta, and other partners, which propelled us forward in our journey.By 2017, we joined Liquid Venture Builder (liquidvb.com), where we shared insights and expertise with other innovative startups such as Clint, TransformaçãoDigital.com, AdvBox, Bulldesk, and Pessoalize.Kuak has evolved with the market, shaping and being shaped by the emerging influencer marketing landscape. As one of the early pioneers in Brazil's influencer marketing sector, we played a key role in initiating the movement.

As part of the Suntech team, I worked under contract to provide support for international security systems during non-commercial hours. This role involved managing secure lines for sensitive government intelligence and security service clients across the globe, ensuring the reliability and integrity of mission-critical systems.In addition to providing technical support, I contributed to improving the overall product and optimizing the support processes, enhancing system performance and the customer experience for high-security environments.

Frete Fácil is a Brazilian startup specializing in the logistics and transportation sector. In 2014, after securing funding from angel investors, the company needed to restructure its development management to support its growth.As a consultant, I was brought in to help realign their development strategies, implement effective processes, and foster a healthy startup environment that would support sustainable business expansion. My role involved strategic planning, advising on agile methodologies, and guiding the team toward scalable and efficient development practices.This experience allowed me to collaborate with talented professionals who significantly enriched my expertise as both an entrepreneur and consultant.

As a Software Developer at Cognyte (Formerly Suntech), I contributed to key projects focused on Lawful Interception, Data Retention, Telecom Network Management, and Business Intelligence solutions, supporting major telecom providers across Brazil and internationally.I worked on projects for clients including TIM, Oi, GVT, Vivo, Nextel, Brasil Telecom, and Claro. Additionally, I led the development of two international telecom projects for Entel and Movistar, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions were delivered on time.Key responsibilities and technologies included:System analysis and requirement gathering for large-scale telecom applications.Java development, with a focus on J2EE, Spring, and Struts frameworks.Web development utilizing technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, and JSP.Integration of complex telecom systems using SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) and RESTful APIs.Implementing business intelligence and data retention solutions to support regulatory requirements for telecom operators.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

This was my first venture into the world of startups, back when the term "startup" was still emerging in Brazil. I recognized the potential of the online business space and gathered three like-minded entrepreneurs to launch one of the country's first penny auction websites.We faced numerous challenges, from operating with limited funding to navigating an unfamiliar market. Despite the obstacles, we successfully built a platform that attracted over 2,000 customers within our first year.As the market evolved, with many similar websites entering the scene, competition intensified, and we ultimately decided to pivot. However, this experience was invaluable—it sharpened our business acumen, strengthened our entrepreneurial spirit, and laid the foundation for future endeavors.This journey inspired the launch of my current business, which continues to grow today.
