I have more than twenty-nine years of experience in the Human Resources Area of national and multinational companies. Having managed HR sub-functions such as Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Payroll and Operations.I also have international experience as an expatriate, having lived in the USA, where I carried out Projects for Latin America and met other countries and cultures, namely Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Mexico.With the purpose of putting my knowledge and experience to help people's development, since 2012, I have been acting as Consultant and Business Coach in my own company; developing, conducting and implementing projects in specific areas of HR: Compensation, Organizational Structure and Training & Development talents and leaders In addition to conducting individual coaching processes for executives. For 2020, our main focus is to provide for all types of companies from different sectors of the Brazilian economy, differentiated training using the most innovative discoveries of Neuroscience through Simulators/Serious Games. As well as increasing the capacity of retention/utilization of the knowledge for the professionals and consequently, to increase the counterpart for the organization, through the achievement of sustainable results in the long term.
