I joined soon after the launch of bomnegocio.com by Schibsted, as Director for Professional Classifieds and member of the management team. As other revenue sources developed I became the Revenues Director, in charge of classifieds (Private and Professional) and Advertising, including direct and programmatic channels.I have been in charge of the Revenue Budget plan and execution and have worked in close collaboration with the Product and Dev departments. By the end of 2014 bomnegocio.com merged with OLX Brasil to create the largest classified portal in the country.

After a few years as a minor competitor in the Real Estate classifieds business, Imovelweb hired me to develop its products and sales. It gave me the chance to be strongly involved and to play an important role during the establishment of the Marketing and Product Development areas.Taking advantage of the opportunities we found at the time, the company soon became the leader in revenues, number of clients and users, setting the product standards for this market.From 2008 I started to worked alongside the owners and the CEO in the process that led to Imovelweb’s acquisition in 2010 by a major Equity Fund, becoming a share holder.

A private owned company, especialized in pre-press and printing services.I started in the company a few months after it was founded as a Sales Exec and as soon as the business picked up I was put in charge of hiring and managing a Sales Team.In 1996 I became the General Manager and could organize the Production and Administrative Departments while accumulating the duties of the Sales Manager.In order to keep the company competitive in its fast-evolving market, I was also responsible for following and adopting new technologies and acquiring new equipment.In 1999 the company became the largest pre-press supplier for the publisher market in Brazil with a U$12m+ in revenues and 70 employees.
