About Marcelo Jourdan
Throughout thirteen years’ experience in the Telecommunication industry, I had the opportunity of working in large scale Packet Core system (2G, 3G and 4G(LTE)) implementation projects, supporting maintenance projects and providing depth understanding of telecommunication networks E2E. And working in big global companies such as Nokia and Accenture, I could gain experience in ITC processes, workflows, and frameworks such as ITIL 4 and COBIT, and acquired experience of working with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams around the world. During the master course I enhanced my IP knowledge, hands on router and switch setup and troubleshooting (CCNP content), network design, network security, and targeting to the future of data network. I also gained hands on and strategic knowledge on SDN (Software Defined Network) utilising controllers (RYU and ONOS), APIs, and open Switches. Now my goal is to create a solid and successful IT career in Australia to help locally and globally located companies to thrive.
