My responsibilities include coordinating and executing technical team activities with a focus on security and collaboration, as well as leveraging AI technologies to improve infrastructure management. Here are the key aspects of my role:- Assisting enterprise customers in securing and managing their cloud and hybrid identities through Azure Active Directory, utilizing AI-driven analytics for predictive threat detection and automated security responses.- Enabling Azure AD as the organization's Identity Provider (IdP), including seamless migration of authentication and applications from Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and other identity providers to Azure Active Directory, facilitated by AI for smoother transitions and predictive problem-solving.- Implementing advanced AI-based features such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), Identity Protection, and Privileged Identity Management to not only enhance security but also to streamline user experiences through intelligent access management.- Setting up Conditional Access and activating other premium capabilities, using AI to analyze access patterns and enforce security policies dynamically, ensuring secure and efficient access management across the organization's infrastructure.- Integrating artificial intelligence into infrastructure management to predict and prevent issues before they impact operations, optimizing system performance and reducing downtime through proactive maintenance and intelligent automation.My expertise in AI and its application to infrastructure security and management enables organizations to leverage cutting-edge technology to secure, modernize, and efficiently manage their IT environments.
