After 4 years as the head of Repair works in Brumadinho and in the municipalities of the Paraopeba Basin, during which I experienced the most intense and significant experiences of my career, I begin a new phase in the management of territories in which Vale operates. I embrace new challenges with hope and energy, seeking to act sensitively and attentively to the needs of communities and the various stakeholders involved in building a sustainable mining.--Após 4 anos à frente dos trabalhos de Reparação em Brumadinho e nos municípios da Bacia do Paraopeba, período em que vivenciei as experiências mais intensas e significativas de minha carreira, inicio uma nova fase na gestão de territórios em que a Vale atua. Abraço os novos desafios com esperança e energia, buscando atuar de forma sensível e atenta às necessidades das comunidades e dos diversos stakeholders envolvidos na construção de uma mineração sustentável.
