Throughout my academic journey, I have developed expertise in strategic planning, operations management, and entrepreneurship.Currently, I serve as Operations Coordinator at GLONECT, where I manage international logistics and supply chain operations, focusing on optimizing freight processes and ensuring smooth import and distribution of products from China to Mexico. My role involves working closely with suppliers and customs brokers to streamline operations and minimize costs.In addition, I am the Co-Founder and COO of Urban Pace Studios, a company dedicated to merging high-performance athletic wear with contemporary fashion. Our mission is to create limited-edition collections that resonate with style-conscious athletes. I lead our operations, supply chain, and product development strategies, driving the company’s growth while ensuring a seamless launch of our first collection.My experiences have honed my skills in project management, operations, and team leadership, as well as my passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and running.
