After 10 years experimenting with software development to solve complex problems, I've decided to open up a good part of my time to support 35-45 year olds going through one or several personal crisis, specially related to parenting, marriage and carrer. I've developed a system of intensive care over 4 weeks, where I have 4 online sessions and everyday check-ins with my clients. This intensive approach allows my clients to get back on track and have the tools and mindset necessary to face life's challenges.I've spent the pandemic years developing and testing Circles.Helath, a distributed self-responsible system to minimize virus contagion.Before that, I’ve initiated Syntropy together with Diogo Carlotto in 2018, after our participation in the Prospera Project (created by Oswaldo Oliveira). We created Syntropy because we want to wake up everyday and use our talents in as many projects as possible without conditioning our participation to a specific payment but at the same time making sure we are able to survive and evolve with the support of the network. And we would like everyone to have the same experience. I´ve created Conexão Pais e Filhos., an organization which uses online education tools in order to improve parent-children relationship and support children's emotional, cognitive and physical development. We understand that the adult's role is not to control the behavior of children but to create a safe and stimulating environment where they would thrive. We use principles and tools that were created by an american non-profit (handinhandparenting.org) and were utilized by more than 500.000 parents worldwide.I am also an Associate Consultant with Reos Partners and participate in multi-stakeholder complex problem project through them. Reos uses Theory U form Otto Scharmer as a foundation to its Change Lab methodology, while at the same time incorporating several tested methodologies like: dialogue-interview, systems mapping, nature retreat, transformative scenarios planning and fast prototypingI've developed my career in two different fronts simultaneously: sustainability and facilitation.Sustainability: - 8 years as a sustainability professional at ABN AMRO Bank in São Paulo, Amsterdam and Chicago. - 1,5 years as managing director of an environmental NGOFacilitation:- 4 years as a Reos Partners Associate doing multi-stakeholder processes I am Psychology Bachelor, with and Msc in Responsibility and Business Practice (University of Bath - Managament School) and I am a fellow at the Sustainability Institute (Vermont - USA).
