Neste período atuei como PJ prestando serviços de consultor de TI. Elaborei testes de customização do módulo PP do SAP para desenvolvimento de uma interface especial para tratar o processo de desvios em produtos correntes em linha de produção.

More than 14 years experienced in parts procurement to build prototype engines and special mechanical equipment for engineering tests and productions pilot processes, since the conception phase until production launch phase (SOP). - Participation in project meetings to share project information regarding deadlines, priorities, technical modifications and retrofits;- Planning of MRP (material resource planning for engineering) according needs of the customer and internal requirements (assays, retrofits, project version planning, and etc.);- Preliminary BOM construction and general costs estimation for conception phases;- Follow up of project status and project representativeness controlling;- Deviation analysis for special components of engine tests, and solution’s study;- Experienced in prototype parts development regarding commodities as: Manufacturing of parts of tooling in machining suppliers; Manufacturing of parts in casting suppliers (aluminum, iron, steel, forged); Manufacturing of parts in welding, chemical and thermal treatments suppliers; Manufacturing of parts in mechanical conformation suppliers (tube, stamping); Manufacturing of parts in rubber suppliers (roses, cushions);- Assembly lists coordination (representativeness checklist) and performing indicators (Excel, SAP, others);

In these years I have been the responsible to attend the production requests as example:- Technical analysis (approval / rejection) of deviations for current products, studying its causes (impacts; severity, urgency, reworks), applying quality methods as 8DO, identifying the root causes, introducing contentions and action plans;- Creation and modification of BOM (build of material list) and creation of technical specifications as assembly instructions (conjunct drawing), creation of technical manuals, design modifications of product through continuous improvements, and team training;- Responsible to follow and identify assembly interferences and manufacturing interruptions at manufacture line, using the 8DO and Lean Manufacturing methods.- Responsible for current product improvements (stack up study, mechanical system analysis, costs reduction of technical modifications, try-outs, quick functional tests, and action plans).- Responsible for reduction costs and standardizations using the Lean Manufacturing concepts.

I have been the responsible for prototype engines coordination:- Coordination of prototype construction activities (engine planning, follow up in the customer demands, internal demands controlling, follow up in approval and release of project drawings);- Coordination of the purchase of prototype parts, there manufacturing, quality control, internal logistics, and warehouse management;-Coordination of checklists for prototype engine building and deadlines; -Team coordination (9 employees)
