Understand everything related to the parliamentary and administrative activity of the Commission under his charge and provide, at the request of the authorities, technical assistance and specialized advice on matters within his competence, acting under the functional dependence of the Directorate and the Deputy Directorate of Commissions. FUNCTIONS  Assist the Secretary of the Commission in the performance of their duties and replace him/her in case of absence or impediment.  Arrange for the compilation of information, background and documentation related to the files or documents submitted to the Commission.  Prepare the citations in accordance with the provisions of article 109 of the Regulations of the Honorable Chamber; and to the authors of the projects that the Commission must consider in accordance with the provisions of article 105 of the Regulations of the Honorable Chamber.  Verify the attendance of the deputies and deputies to the meetings of the Commission in accordance with the provisions of article 108 of the Regulations of the Honorable Chamber, informing the Secretary.  Assist in the preparation of opinions according to the indications of the Commission, in observance of the best legislative technique.  Submit documents to other Commissions, when appropriate.  Complete the referral to the Entry Desk of the Secretariat Directorate of the Commission's offices, once endorsed by the Commissions Directorate and by order of the President of the Commission.  Prepare the list of the matters under study in the Commission and those that meet the conditions for their transfer to the archive by application of Law 13,640.  Register the preferences agreed upon by the Honorable Chamber regarding matters pending before the Commission.  Register the entry and exit of the matters, files and documentation submitted to the Commission.  Coordinate everything related to Commission meetings.

Currently, I am a member of the Justice Commission of the H. Chamber of Deputies of the Nation, attending to the matters that correspond to this commission, which are to rule on any matter or project that is related to the organization and administration of the Judicial Power, the Council of the Magistracy, of the Jury for the Prosecution of Magistrates and of the Public Ministry, and of the laws of civil and administrative procedures.
