Responsible for the expansion of the Vetpet-Shop concept (a webshop system for veterinaries) towards Belgium and Germany, a concept I have introduced in the Netherlands the years before.As liaison between Vetpet-Shop and Henry Schein Europe I supported the wholesale companies of Henry Schein in these countries by:- developing the commercial-, logistic- and financial processes regarding the webshops- marketing towards the veterinaries and concept presentations- product selection and feeding the system with product photos and descriptions- determination of a pricing strategy- developing the system of margin payments towards veterinaries- preparation of management data (KPI's)Result: Vetpet-Shop and Henry Schein are ready for launching the webshop system in Belgium and Germany.

Responsible for the set up and implementation of commercial webshops for Dutch veterinaries: a concept where veterinaries can exploit their own webshop, while the building/hosting/maintenance, as also order intake, logistics and transport is done by Henry Schein and its partner Vetpet-Shop. My tasks as project manager:- the B2C-concept- development- developing the commercial-, logistic- and financial processes regarding the webshops- marketing towards the veterinaries and concept presentations- product selection and feeding the system with product photos and descriptions- determination of a pricing strategy- developing the system of margin payments towards veterinaries- develop, maintain and follow up upon management information (KPI's)Result: this has led towards a webshop system with currently 140+ veterinaries with an own webshop and this amount is still growing, as also the turnover.

Management takeover of the pilot YourVet, a webshop system for veterinaries developed by AUV.My responsibilities were:- to do an analysis about the status and progression of the YourVet project- to analyse the feasibility of implementation of the concept- to develop a new approach to realise a webshop system for the Dutch veterinariesResult: in the improvement plan I developed an alternative e-commerce concept, which has been taken over by AUV- cooperation (the current Dactari company, former owner of AUV Holding). This system has been implemented under the name Doc&Booff.The project YourVet itself at AUV has merged into the Vetpet-Shop project, a cooperation between Henry Schein and an Austrian e-commerce company.

Responsible for improvement projects within the three subsidiaries of AUV Holding B.V. (wholesale companies at the Netherlands and Belgium and Eurovet, producer of generic medicines for animals).My tasks as program manager:- to realise efficiency improvements within the wholesale company in the Netherlands- to realise efficiency improvements within the wholesale company in Belgium- redesign of working processes on behalf of the SAP- implementation within Eurovet- redesign of working processes on behalf of the SAP- implementation within the wholesale company in Belgium- to improve the customer service of Instruvet (delivery of equipment towards veterinaries and maintenance of the equipment).Result: these projects have led to significant improvements in efficiency within the wholesale companies, two successful SAP implementations and a training program for the account managers in the field of equipment, that caused an extensive cut in returns.
