I have been working for 35 years as an executive and entrepreneur in the civil construction and real estate market, both for own ventures and offering business and investment advice to clients. In Civil Construction, my goal has always been to create value by delivering the best product at a fair price. In the real estate business, I focused on luxury projects, as well as property acquisitions for renovation and subsequent resale.At the same time, I conceived and directly participated in the management of an Italian Gastronomy Restaurant, of which I am now a customer, and of a Car Parking Company.I also had the opportunity to act as a consultant in negotiations, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as asset management, lease contracts, acquisitions and sale of real estate.I served for two consecutive terms as Deliberative Councilor of the “Sociedade Hipica de Campinas”, one of the main Social and Equestrian Clubs, where I coordinated the Heritage Commission, also working closely with the Executive Board.Throughout my career, I have acquired skills and experience in business management, planning and budgeting, prospecting for new businesses and clients, contract negotiation, asset management and family succession.
