More than a decade working with creative and communication's industry. This experience gave me the certitude that content matters. I have a solid background working with multinationals and companies abroad, developing and applying communications plans and strategies. Since 2018 I have been working at the MKT branch of Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras, one of the biggest football teams of America. I started as an art director for the membership program (Avanti) but gradually acquired more responsibilities as opportunities appeared. At Palmeiras I had the chance to thrive my 360º mindset working closely with many areas at once.Nowadays my main responsibility is the branding of S.E.P. and as the brand manager I must tie our brand and tone of voice by giving guidance for our agencies and part of the internal team. We deal simultaneously with three agencies, each for one specific area, for example the membership prospection campaigns, the e-commerce and retail strategies, jersey’s launches. At one specific point I had 8 people working at the same time on my team, delivering solutions for areas like CRM, design, copywriting, social media. For the 2022 season I also took the responsibility to create the best approach for Betfair’s sponsorship launch. There were many challenges to solve with that, be in a country where sports betting market is quite new and their headquarters being at Europe for example. By working closely with their team we found the perfect balance, an impactful KV for the season and a bold launch manifesto, with Palmeiras TV presenters. From May til now we are still producing sponsorship content together and I’m always happy to share the steer with them and take the best routes for both.Working with football gave me a new perspective around the sense of urgency and the needs of having a plan B, C, D and so on. Nothing compares with the passionate supporters's loyalty for their team and with that their’s high demands of care and improvements for the “product" that they, under any circumstance, will never ever replace. Conscious about the importance of high quality content, I’m proud for the opportunity to build and mature a team that always play together as one on all ends and keeps delivering no matter what. Content matters, poor content disappoints, high quality content bonds.
