Reporting to the CIO Latam, I held the responsibility of aligning strategic business objectives with the tactical execution of IT projects, security measures, infrastructure enhancements, and operational enhancements. This encompassed the comprehensive oversight of operations spanning two data centers and the management of over 1200 operational units. Furthermore, I undertook multifarious roles within the Contact Center, Data Management, Telecom, Database, Security Infrastructure, and Server Farm domains. Additionally, my involvement was pivotal in offering unwavering support to N1, N2, and Field Service operations.
