For over two decades, I have been the Diretor Geral of Excellent Global Idiomas, a franchise of a language school with three branches in Piracicaba, Indaiatuba, and Jundiaí. I lead and manage a team of 50+ professionals, including teachers, coordinators, and sales representatives, who share my passion for helping people learn languages in a dynamic and differentiated way. We use the revolutionary non-linear methodology, which enables our students to achieve their goals faster and more effectively. Our slogan is "More than teaching languages, preparing you for the future".As a MBA graduate with a focus on business management, I have developed a strong ability to build professional relationships and generate new business opportunities. I am responsible for the strategic planning, marketing, and financial management of the franchise, as well as the quality assurance and customer satisfaction. I also enjoy teaching, interpreting, and translating in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, for private, municipal, and state initiatives. I have received international delegations from various countries, such as China, Japan, Germany, and the USA, and facilitated their communication and cultural exchange.
