Management of production KPIs (IE, KE RI and absenteeism), including root cause analysis, development and implementation of improvements. Conducting investigations into the causes of nonconformities of products in the production process via A3 and 8D. Leadership in meetings, both with the BU team to present order status to facilitate follow-up and after-sales, and with the development engineers team, following up and presenting project indicators and identifying the root cause of each need for implementing solutions. Highlights: 40% reduction in assembly times after implementing Lean Manufacturing and Shingo Model with a reduction of US$ 6 million. Improved service level with lead time reduction of 6 days.
