A major transformation was needed based on strategic decisions made by the board of KPN. I was assigned to lead the implemention of the needed change. This involved changing the legal company for ca 3000 employees, 30.000 customers, 1500 suppliers, and thorough assesments on needed changes for processes, IT, Finance, Go to Market and after that consequent implementation while managing and reporting on progress, including risks and incidents. Designing the governance of the program, intensively stakeholder management and a very good team made the change to a great success.
