Program manager, implementing all that is necessary for KPN on the business market to be compliant with new rules set by the ACM (authority for consumer and market formerly known as OPTA). This involves the KPN segments IT Solutions (former Corporate Market and before that Getronics) and Business Market. I designed the program governance, deliverables, reporting and manage now the implementation for the company with a great team of dedicated resources. The program is essential to the reputation of KPN. Not meeting compliancy rules is not an option to KPN.

Program manager, leading the change for the two Business Segments within KPN: Corporate Market (former Getronics) and Business Market. A major transformation was needed based on strategic decisions made by the board of KPN. I was assigned to lead the implemention of the needed change. This involved changing the legal company for ca 3000 employees, 30.000 customers, 1500 suppliers, and thorough assesments on needed changes for processes, IT, Finance, Go to Market and after that consequent implementation while managing and reporting on progress, including risks and incidents. Designing the governance of the program, intensively stakeholder management and a very good team made the change to a great success.

Program manager, leading the change to a shared service center for contract administration & billing throughout KPN Corporate Market. After consolidating control of the former decentralized units, the focus was set on process optimization, IT improvement projects, aligning vision with different stakeholders and last but not least improving with short term projects. I handed over this responsibility since I was asked to take the lead in the next program.

Program manager for uniforming and standardizing processes within KPN Netherlands. Scope of the program: 11.000 fte; financial, logisitic and project management processes. Focus on change management, building coalitions, setting the governance (process owners, stakeholders, steering committee), designing processes for Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Invest to Capitalize and Record to Report; finally leading the implementation of the selected software (Oracle Release 12). Complex program with different stakeholders, supplier with off shore activities and budget of more then € 20 mln.

A programme and project management unit that worked for the whole KPN company. About hundred professionals certified in areas as Prince-2, MSP, ITIL.

Responsible for most staff units & shared services for the KPN Group. From HR to Corporate Communication, Audit to Real Estate, Project Management to Financial Services, etc. Direct report to CEO KPN (Scheepbouwer).
