I led the Experience team on a technology+education social business venture through its conception, pilot and business model shaping. We performed user and market research, designed the service blueprint and advocated for the cause within the company and alongwith potential partners. I also mentored a few junior members of the team and supported market studies and open innovation initiatives.

Duratex, Heineken, Louis Dreyfus and Vale are some of the clients I had the honor to work along with. Some subjects were particularly recurrent and significant in these jobs, such as Design Thinking, Digital transformation, Leadership, innovation management, Agile methods, organizational culture and collaboration.

DesignMuda in a group of designers and communicators who gather to provide education and information about social innovation by design. We run HCD workshops with real-life challenges and put out news and info resources about social innovation.Here's a few of our most recent projects:•IHP Social Innovation/Entrepreneurism: workshops with American students in their round-the-world journey to learn about social development. We run the workshops in Brazil, their last leg after USA, Uganda, India and South Africa. Last challenges tackled were Hacking the Cities with Children and Nature; People in A Street Situation and By Foot in Town.•Impacte: series of 3 videos with social innovators in Brazil highlighting their work and motivations to engage more people into working for social development.•Albert Einstein Hospital employee experience: workshops in partnership with StudioIno to cocreate the services and spaces to be provided for the well being of the hospital staff.

J. do Rio Pardo, SP - Strategic design and educational consultancy for Nestlé's program.
