Performed solar photothermocatalysis research. Contributed to the design, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of a solar driven syngas generation process. Performed techno-economic and carbon footprint analysis to evaluate the technology at several manufacturing scales.Coordinated scale-up project to develop a pilot plant at the Carbon X-Prize competition test center in Wyoming for syngas production using concentrated sun light. Designed the scaled-up chemical process (PFD, P&ID, automation, and HAZOP) in collaboration with third party engineering companies.

Applied TPM methodology in all manufacturing areas (processes, packaging, maintenance, HR, quality, safety, and environment) for significant improvement in efficiency, productivity, and costs.Oversaw, trained, coached, and audited over 50 cross-functional improvement projects and 12 autonomous maintenance teams.Coordinated yearly end-to-end strategic planning of two manufacturing facilities involving all management team (director, managers, and coordinators). Set vision, mission, targets, and strategic principles for different organization levels (management team, TPM pillars, and shop floor). Applied “High Performance Organization” approach (a long-term framework) embedded in TPM methodology. Audited TPM program in 5 breweries.
