Sendo a obra composta de 7.500 m2 de edificação e 7.000 m2 estacionamento, uso esportivo e lazer, com duas piscinas semiolímpicas coberta e aquecida, salão de festa (2.500 m2). Contemplando estrutura em concreto (2.300 m2), forma nervurada, acabamentos diversos de piso e alvenaria, instalação elétrica e hidráulica, revestimentos de fachada em chapas onduladas de alumínio.- Projeto de Minério de Ferro (17 MTPA), elaboração de estimativa de investimento (CapEx) de projeto industrial de mineração no interior do pais, com aproximadamente 3.000.000 m3 de movimento de terra, 60.000 m3 de concreto, 14.000 ton de estrutura metálica, 10.000 ton de equipamentos de processo e manuseio. Adotando padronização de engenharia do cliente.- Barragens, estudo trade off de alternativa de barragens de contenção de rejeitos de mineração. Com volume médio de 500.000 m3 de movimentação de material por barragem para 10 tipos distintos de barramentos. Estudando alternativas locacionais e de métodos construtivos.
