- Contributed to the project strategy and operational design submitted by FUNDES to win the bidding for a two-year contract. The office was in charge of rural poverty alleviation through agricultural and production projects, financed by USAID as part of the counter-narcotics efforts held in the Tropical Zone of Cochabamba.- Negotiated and managed the budget and presented accurate financial reports on time.- Successfully conducted the hiring process for new employees and consultants, establishing their terms of reference.

- Monitored and suggested improvement measures for the new simplified processes for business municipal license and registration. The city Major ordered the implementation of all the recommendations.Trained and supervised 15 public municipal functionaries.- Designed and implemented a “Management Competencies Improvement Project” for the owners and managers of Brazilian nuts exporting enterprises, in Riberalta, a small Amazonian city. This project included courses and field assistance in management best practices for 10 enterprises, from April 2004 until November 2004.Supervised 5 consultants. Trained and supervised the advance of 15 managers.- Adjusted the Balanced Scorecard and designed a competencies management based structure for the "Country Club Cochabamba". The Board of Directors approved the new strategic map, organization structure, and job descriptions. Worked with 9 managers and collaborators, including several interviews, data analysis and conducting teamwork workshops.

Consultant for the Implementation of the Data Bank on Border Integration and Development Projects, under the GS-AC supervision.Responsible for the methodological aspects related to project management and project selection criteria.Key accomplishments:- Analyzed the national public investment systems of Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, and Venezuela.- Selected best practices and developed a methodology for the identification and selection of relevant Border Integration and Development Projects.- Built collaboration relationships with high officers from the Andean Community Countries’ Chancelleries.
