Currently I am M&A project leader in IT company Seyfor. My goal is to deal with the acquisitions from the beginning till proper merger into the parent company. This task is not just only about legal matters but also about standardization of processes and activities within the group.Besides M&A I am responsible for several ad hoc projects relating to process improvements.I started my career providing legal services in the area of business and civil law. Following this, I moved to KPMG Czech Republic in 2007 where I work primarily on various international audit engagements. As an Audit Manager, I was responsible for the daily supervision of audit staff and ensuring that engagements are completed on time and to the highest quality. After leaving KPMG I was a head of the accounting department in Continental Barum. I was responsible for more than 30 employees and their development.My technical skills also include recent practical experience with business combinations and consolidation. For many years I focused on automotive industry with significant clients such as Hella, Mobis, Hyundai.
