    Working as a manager on Sales Support & Marketing department not only makes me responsible for the daily business of Inatherm’s in terms of turnover and revenue, but also for the service level towards our customers, which has a strong focus within Inatherm.     Inatherm operates is several market segments and is bringing high quality products and services towards these markets. Monitoring the several PMC’s it is a daily challenge to grow with the segments. The job is combining both technique and commerce, in order to get the best solutions available for our customers. On a regular bases visiting producing partners over Europe, in order to translate the Dutch market needs into a working program for the R&D departments of those companies. Always looking for new products and features to add to the product portfolio. Besides this I'm responsible for keeping the Inatherm's product range up to date so it will meet our internal quality norm ExCIEL. In some cases technique is involved to meet ExCIEL criteria, but also marketing strategy and adapting local regulations and standards is used. To work on standards, I joined a working group within the Dutch standardization organization NEN. When it comes to innovation, saving energy, indoor air quality (IAQ) or low leakage classification for duct mounted products, Inatherm has a broad, extensive product portfolio most of it captured in the Low Leakage Classification table LAR (which has been developed in corporation with Inatherm) of the Dutch association of duct installing companies (LUKA).Examples can be found within the school ventilation program called “broeikLaseffect”. Adding the capital L changed the word from something which means global warming (broeikas effect) into one word describing the general IAQ in classrooms.
