I advise clients on employment-based immigration to the Netherlands. This includes advice on sponsor duties, sponsorship management, immigration applications and transfer of sponsorship due to mergers and acquisitions.I am proud to be working at everaert advocaten, surrounded by 14 outstanding attorneys and wonderful support staff who, each day, give their very best in assisting our clients who have chosen the Netherlands as their destination. I have been with the firm since 1996 and currently chair the partnership. I am a long-standing member of various Dutch and international associations for immigration attorneys. These include WRV, SVMA, IBA, AILA/GMS (international associate) and ParadiGM. This resulted in trusted, long-term personal contacts allowing me to arrange for assistance in obtaining work permits in many destination countries.Aside from work and family, music plays an important role in my life. I play the bass guitar, currently in Lee-Ann, a band based in Amsterdam.
