- Initiated and led a global project, reporting to a Senior Vice President in the US, that changed internal communications and operational efficiencies across 70,000 employees in 4 continents. - Established and managed a Quality Assurance program to monitor and enhance the quality of services delivered by 2,000 employees in scope across 5+ countries, for S&P 500 clients. reducing rework and errors from 25% in key processes to less than 1%. - At my first role at IBM, I managed 2x the volume of complex compared to my peers, while improving and automating processes - quickly becoming the one of the youngest people managers at IBM Brazil.
