Currently leading Horváth & Partners advisory practice for the Swiss banking industry and other financial institutions, my consulting experience covers various projects at Banking and (Re-) Insurance clients as well as other financial institutions (e.g. payment providers, providers of structured products).My field of expertise lies in delivering large-scale business transformation projects including everything from preliminary studies to conceptional design and the corresponding implementation with state-of-the-art technology - applying both, classic project management as well as agile frameworks.I am an empathetic, respectful leader and a strong team player with a “get it done” attitude, always passionate to deliver the best results for my clients.I specialize in planning and forecasting solutions (incl. simulations and scenario modelling) as well as the definition and implementation of customized target operating models (TOM) including (ecosystem) strategies, organizational structures, relevant business processes and data models as well as the corresponding IT changes.In addition, I am engaged in the evolution of distributed ledger technologies such as Blockchain and identifying their real potential for my clients.
