Led group of local artists to establish a gallery-giftshop in Malden. During the pandemic while the store was closed, launched an online store shipping anywhere in the US. We have 50 artists selling a wide variety of handmade products and art.

Member of workforce analytics team serving the Enterprise HR leadership team and groups within Enterprise HR:• Create quarterly Business Process Review deck, summarizing a wide variety of metric trends from most departments in Enterprise HR. Recently migrated many of the Excel charts to Domo.• Design data transformation processes in Excel and Access to combine all participating BU's agile data into a common data set. Consult with IT as they build permanent agile data source. Work with BU operations leads to improve consistency of work view and home view assignment data.• Created Tableau dashboards for Glassdoor ratings for Fidelity and competitors with custom-designed metro area views.• Created Tableau dashboards trending headcount, generation, and span of control metrics.• Designed special hierarchy of HR groups to facilitate better reporting of HR population.

Member of workforce analytics team serving business units across the enterprise: • Provided reporting and analysis of workforce data to Enterprise IT HR and acted as consultant to increase HR’s understanding of the data and their use of it in decision-making.• Partnering with Enterprise IT HR, developed the first Fidelity IT Scorecard tracking a variety of metrics across all 13 CIO organizations. Using Tableau, created an interactive version of the Scorecard to give HR a self-serve on-demand capability to look at their organizations’ metrics.• Conducted “learn-at-lunch” training of Excel formulas for our team and our operations team.

Created marriage coaching service with my wife using personality information from the MBTI® to diagnose communication issues and help couple think more constructively about their relationship.
