With over 25 years of work experience in the retail software industry, I am a seasoned and passionate Head of Projects at GK - The Retail Innovators. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a strong background in new business development, account management, and international sales. I also partner with key stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to identify new opportunities, provide feedback, and support the growth of our business. Some of my achievements include securing a large contract with a major fashion retailer, launching a new product feature for inventory management, and leading a significant project for a global supermarket chain. I have also developed and maintained strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. I have demonstrated excellent skills in new business development, account management, project management, retail software, and international sales.
