As a trainee engineer in pulp production management, I worked on monitoring routine processes and developed projects, such as increasing the reliability of inspection routes with a focus on improving the use of the Metris platform and reducing forces and alarms.

Creating process automation using tools:- Develop applications in Power Apps, using visual architecture built by the team's UI designer;- Develop low-code automations in Power Automate;-Structure application database in SharePoint structure;- Integration of applications developed with Power Automate and SharePoint solutions;- Document the solutions developed and all requirements for the operation of the applications;- Development and maintenance of systems linked to the Power Platform architecture, aiming to keep the systems aligned with the requirements established by leadership, the look defined by the responsible Designer, as well as developing new solutions to meet the demands of internal customers.

Operations and Process of Plants I to IV- Routine plant operations, in order to develop performance analyzes of the pelletizing plant.- Monitoring and development of solutionsproblems. Technical training in an industrial pelletizing plant.- Monitoring and development of plant performance with the pillars of business risk, environment, production and quality.- Management of operational routine and implementation of dashboards in PowerBI, PI System and Excel.- Responsible for the FMDS and KPIs of the productivity pillar.- Focal point in management of basic operating guidelines. The objective is to support the performance of supervision with its indicators.- Performance Analysis of productivity KPIs (Mass produced, PHL, UT, DT).- Preparation of automated operational reports in the PI system, PowerBi, Excel and GPV.- Creation of Build Ups for plant losses, analyzing the handling of unwanted events with the interface teams.

- Creation of protocols via SAP to improve and resolve problems for the customer (retailer) or end consumer;- Assistance from representatives and other employees regarding how to proceed with a product problem;- Knowledge of the production process, installation process of the brand's products;- Experience in SAP system and Excel spreadsheets;- Monitoring of technical assistance and exchanges of all products nationwide.
