Manage the flow of Volvo’s workplace and optimize day-to-day activities via KPI metrics analyzation, worker communication support, and implementing operational policies and procedures resulting in a monthly savings of $30K.- Maximize workflow while minimizing potential errors and failures amongst the equipment.- Facilitate weekly status meetings to communicate software applicability, functionality and consistency to key stakeholders and staff. - Work with diverse 3rd party vendors to track, manage, and maintain product alignment and minimize technical issues.- Lead continuous planning sessions with a team of 10 to define and size work to be completed on a weekly and/or bi-weekly basis.- Lead daily standup meetings to gather updates from the team, identify and remove blockers, and foster communication.- Manage team refinement sessions for reviewing upcoming work to ensure questions are answered and acceptance criteria is clear and understood by the team.Provide customers and staff with global technical support by managing daily technical operations to ensure overall supply chain efficiency.- Chiefly responsible for effectively managing warehouse operations, quality and inventory control, staffing, complaint resolution, and customer service. - Provide advice and guidance on the delivery of programs and services for the Volvo Group.- Generate key reports tracking orders, inventory products, fill rates, trapped inventory and revenue risk. - Empower the team to make continual system and process improvements during weekly team meetings.- Lead enterprise wide operational projects for Volvo’s products and supplies across 4 major work streams.

Provided a unique blend of cross-functional skills to ensure client needs. - Work directly with other product owners, architects, program managers, developers, testers, and key stakeholders to define and user stories. - Collaborate closely with Product Management counterparts to align on the vision, program backlog, project scope/objectives, and roadmap. - Act as a stakeholder over specific product backlog items and work closely with the development teams to ensure the output is aligned with stakeholder expectations. - Act as a voice of customer to provide the business perspective on value during day-to-day development. - Own the product backlog grooming and management, prioritize user stories, create acceptance criteria, and drive testing and delivery. - Supports the product development process as a part of the overall product domain strategy. Led end-to-end (business requirements through deployment) projects by leveraging executive prioritization, application of IT project management disciplines, and ongoing customer input. - Leverage data and analytics to understand the needs of the customer, analyze the business, and monitor product launches to make recommendations for the prioritization of the product backlog. - Clearly defines and write user stories and acceptance criteria. - Understands the "why" behind each product feature and works with the Sr. Manager and Product Managers to understand the product roadmap and supporting KPIs. - Uses analytics to monitor product KPIs and ensure success metrics are being met, identify opportunities for testing, and product enhancements based on results. - Represent the customer needs and requirements to drive feature implementation and development with associated technology teams.
