ANNO1809 focuses on training and development of BIM professionals. We believe that flexibility of individuals, teams and organisation leads to succes. Within the building and real estate branch, changes as a result of BIM are very visible.ANNO1809 offers a development training in which individuals and teams (re-)discover their intrinsic motivation, talents, cognitive capacities and competences. By finding the perfect match between the BIM role and competences, these individuals and teams learn fast, achieve their upmost results and enlarge their involvement within their organisations.ANNO1809 is a joint initiative with Jozef Derksen (Cobaan). Our ambition is to make BIM professionals more flexibile within their role in order to enlarge motivation, professionality and personal development.

Responsible for the development and preparation of the building design as well as directing architects, structural engineers, M&E engineers and other experts. Also a discussion partner for the client and his advisers (interior designers, landscape architects, etc.) and integrating the clients wishes into the design. Furthermore conducting design meetings and being part of the team during construction. Gained experience in several projects like:- Spa Club Aspria Maschseebad, Hannover- Spa Club Aspria Klipper, Hamburg- Costs Calculations for shopping centres and small sports accommodations- Project managing of a shopping centre in ErkrathAdditional functions:- As an initiator responsible for the implementation of the PIM (Project Information Management) system. This system is commenced within Pellikaan as a tool for both national and international projects. It offers an easy and efficient file-sharing between all internal and external project members.- Involved in the implementation of the BIM methodology (Building Information Modeling) in project processes. Acting as a process coordinator between management, employees and external parties.
