Responsible for developing a custom ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for a manufacturer in wire products.Main tasks:• Development of a service oriented ERP system which will be used for all the business processes of the company. Technologies used: WCF, WPF, HTML5/JavaScript, Continuous Integration, TeamCity, UML, SQL Server.• Development of integration components for existing software. • Maintenance of IT infrastructure of the company.• Support and maintenance of production machines (CNC/PLC).

Primary responsibility, the development of new hardware/software solutions which are used in the repair process of Carrier electronic controls and third-party electronic controls.Main tasks:• Reverse engineering of electronics and software.• Communication protocol analysis.• Hardware design using Orcad and Eagle.• Instrumentation panels and case design.• Soldering and assembling test-equipment.• Testing and validating the developed test-equipment.• Design application software using UML models and tools (Enterprise Architect).• Programming of application software using Visual Studio 2013 and C#. • Designing and programming embedded software to override the electronic control using a custom microcontroller program. • Programming of different types of microcontrollers, Atmel, PIC and Fujitsu. • Responsible for maintaining legacy software written in C++ and legacy IDE’s (Borland).• Responsible for maintaining hardware of previous developed test-equipment. • Supporting technicians in repairing electronics.• Maintaining existing database solutions used for the daily operation of the department.• Creating custom Crystal Reports for the management.• Part of the Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) team.Projects:• Development of an extensible application framework for merging different test applications into a single one. Using a plugin architecture new electronics can be tested with the same application.
