Chain commander responsible for maintenance and management of the terrestrial navigation beacons in and around the North Sea area used by the Navy and off-shore industry.As an early (differential) GPS expert, Marcel joined many off-shore projects worldwide for installation and responsible for operation and maintenance of navigation equipment on-board survey vessels, drilling rigs and on-shore sites.
