My role involved understanding of local cultures, hiring trends, and market availability to attract and hire the best talent the market has to offer- Managing a team of 10 local Recruiters & Sourcers that serve as a specialized recruiting unit - aligning the team’s work against the region’s recruiting needs- Partnering with senior leadership across the organization to understand their long-term strategy in the region and execute against their hiring goals- Oversaw launch of two major BPO's in the region (ibex and itel) - Overseeing hiring of all Central America roles - managing recruiting resourcing & prioritization of headcount and driving solutions to enable recruiting- Designing and implementing workforce and succession plans- Using data and sourcing tools to continuously improve our overall effectiveness- Providing strategic guidance on competitor and market analysis
