Marc Fogarty is a Partner in the Accounting and Auditing Department of EisnerAmper and a member of the firm’s Public Companies Group, Technology Group and International Services Group. He has over ten years in public accounting, serving public and private organizations. Marc assists his clients with business consulting, focusing on improving operational efficiency and profitability. He is knowledgeable in the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, including internal controls and Section 404 and the significant accounting issues facing SEC registrants, as well as fraud detection and prevention.Most recently, Marc was selected to participate in an AICPA workshop where he focused on developing and reviewing questions focusing on IFRS to be included in future CPA Examinations. Additionally, he has authored articles titled “ IFRS: Not a Big Deal After All”, “The Pros and Cons of IFRS” and “Stock Option Practices Under Scrutiny – Are You at Risk”A Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner, Marc earned his BS in Accounting from Kean University.
