Marc has been a HR professional since 1997. He is a graduate of UNH's Whittemore School of Business and Economics and while there also studied experiential and outdoor education. His first human resources assignment was with the outdoor sporting goods retailer Kittery Trading Post in Kittery, ME. From there he relocated to Boston to work for Massachusetts General Hospital/Partners Healthcare supporting many different clinical and administrative departments with upwards of 1,200 employees. In 2006, he moved back north to Exeter, NH joining Core Physicians, LLC (an affiliate of Exeter Health Resources) where he was employed for nine years before starting his current position in January of 2016 with the University System of NH as Director of Human Resources. At USNH, Marc leads the implementation and support of benefits strategy and HR communications across all campuses - UNH, PSU, KSC and the System Office.Marc is currently representing self-insured plans on the board of the New Hampshire Vaccine Association (an appointment by the Governor and Executive Council.) He was previously the Vice Chair for the governing Board of Directors of Great Bay Kids Company.
