Additional indications include acute kidney injury (AKI) and viral-induced hyperinflammation. BP-1002 has a first- and best-in-class attributes as a therapeutic for acute inflammatory AP and blunting progression to chronic pancreatic disease which is an immediate need and opportunity. PT's second drug, BP-2002, is a humanized anti-RNLS mAb in development for the treatment of melanoma, colon, and pancreatic cancers, including checkpoint inhibitor resistant cancers.
