Christus Health – 12/2016 to PresentAt Christus Health, I am the executive responsible for all financial and clinical applications. I work with senior leadership to establish the strategic technology plan and ensure alignment with Christus Health's business strategies. Additionally, I am responsible for the Application Services team and leading the CHRISTUS Health ITOM/ITSM strategy utilizing ServiceNow. At the University of Colorado Health System, I was responsible for the telephony/data networks and the data center network operations team supporting implementation and operations. In addition, I worked closely with senior counterparts to develop overall network operational consistency and network technology strategies for the University of Colorado Health data and telephony networks. My work at UCHealth included directing the engineering and implementation of a 40G optical network to serve UCHealth facilities along the Front Range. I was also responsible for the engineering and building of UCHealth’s data center infrastructure and engineering/architectural oversight of a hybrid-cloud contact center to centralize UCHealth’s contact centers at the administration building in Aurora, Colorado. This work included integrating new construction with legacy networks and legacy systems onto the 40G Optical Network.

As Director of Infrastructure Operations, I was the senior sponsor to lead and manage the service delivery of various statewide technology services with innovative solutions. I partnered with business leaders to develop technology strategies, implementation plans, adoption methodologies, and operational support for statewide service areas. As Director of Network Services at Catholic Health Initiatives, I managed CHI’s outsourced network infrastructure, telephony environment, and security operations. I worked closely with the IT executive staff and the regional business units to identify, recommend, implement, and support network solutions for all aspects of CHI’s network infrastructure.
