Working as a Freelance Consultant in Shanghai I have had the chance to participate of several projects and take on a new approach of the labour market. Some of these projects include:- Planning and execution of Annual Gala Dinner for the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai (September 2021): where I joined the team at CanCham for a short period of time and was able to contribute to the planning of their Annual Gala Dinner, and take the leading role in the execution of the event. I coordinate last minute details to manage the tasks of the rest of team members, contractors, performers as well as the hotel hosting the gala. I had to carefully account for the attendance of high profile individuals such as the ambassador of Canada in China and the consul of Canada in Shanghai. With my contribution and the hard work of the entire we successfully carried out a memorable Annual Gala Dinner.- Rebranding Campaign and Grand Opening of Sakaba Malabar (from August 2021): I took control of the marketing campaign for the rebranding of Spanish restaurant Malabar in Shanghai. Coordinated with local Media and Food Editors, created content and managed their Social Media accounts.- Digital Marketing for RAW Eatery & Wood Grill (from October 2021): Monthly management of the communications and marketing for awarded restaurant in Shanghai. RAW Eatery & Wood Grill is listed in the Black Pearl Awards, equivalent to Michelin guide level in China.- Digital Marketing & Sales Strategy for Yoseikan China (from October 2021): I contributed to the opening of a new martial arts studio in Shanghai, bringing the discipline Yoseikan into the country through several campaigns targeting English-speaking customers to grow the exposure of the studio and martial arts discipline.

Being at the head of the Marketing & Events at restaurant and lounge located in heritage building Three on The Bund, I was highly involved in daily communication with operations management in order to gather first-hand information of customers satisfaction and industry trends to convert them into insightful marketing campaigns and offline events.My job and expertise evolved greatly in two related yet diverse areas: nightlife entertainment and casual fine dining. On one hand, UNÏCO a Latin Lounge receiving international musical acts from renowned Top100DJs to local music bands. And on the other hand The Chop Chop Club, an upscale eatery by Michelin-starred chef Paul Pairet.The nature of both businesses in one same space contributed to my growth as a Food&Beverage marketing expert as well as helped me to find connecting dots between both venues and think creatively in the development of events and campaigns.- Plan Marketing Campaigns and Yearly Budget with Associate Director- In charge of Marketing Execution in coordination with external partners: PR agency, Event suppliers, sponsors brand managers, etc.- Created and executed the most profitable event in the venue in coordination with lounge and music director and production team by sponsor- Establish Brand identity and story for restaurant led by three-Michelin stars chef

I contributed by leading a team of models, hostesses and performers through the length of the festival, on-site management as well as communication with the other operating staff.- Marriott Charity Gala Ball with Yao Ming Foundation: creative planning and execution of the Marriott Greater China Annual Gala coordinated with the foundation of Chinese basketball NBA star Yao Ming who was present at the event.
