The Future Leaders programme is a two-year fast-track development scheme aimed at training future managers and leaders of IHG. Operations pathway.

1st Year – Departmental Rotations including
- Front Office – 6 months (including 3 months as a Supervisor)
- Club Lounge Supervisor – 1 month
- Housekeeping Supervisor – 3 months : in charge of reorganizing our PMS system for Housekeeping and Front Office with our new refurbished rooms (features, types of rooms, credits per room, etc)
- Night Audit – 1 month : Serves as the Duty Manager and oversees all property operations during the overnight shift such as bank reconciliation, Daily report for Management team, etc
- Several cross trainings between Finance, Revenue, Reservations, Sales and Marketing, IT, Restaurant and Room Service.

2nd Year : Supervisor duties as Duty Manager and implementation of a department-specific project to improve hotel performance metrics.

Westin Paris Vendôme - 428 rooms

- Oversee the operation of the Front Office and Housekeeping team with the Room Division Manager.
- Training staff and setting up procedures.
- Head of the EU Ecolabel and its monitoring (ratios, communication, training staff, etc).
- Implementation and monitoring of the Tourism & Handicap Label (training staff, customer satisfaction, etc.).
- Reporting CA to the manager.
- Cost control for the accommodation department (amenities, laundry, cleaning products).
- Daily control fences.
- City Ledger.

- Welcoming guests.
- Helping guests to satisfy their needs during the stay.
- Organizing the stay of the guests : booking ski passes and ski equipment, restaurants, etc.
- Checking bills of the guests.

Opening of the four stars Hotel & Restaurant Vatel in Bordeaux by working on the room operations with the room division manager and the reservation manager :
- Setting up procedures for front office, housekeeping and reservation.
- Competitor monitoring.
- Setting up the General terms and conditions for sales department.
- Elaboration of the texts for the commercial brochure and website.
- Working closely with OTAs to maximise revenu profits through their websites.
- Training program on PMS system (Opera and Micros) for front office, housekeeping and sales.
- Training program on Availpro.

Implementation and monitoring of the Tourisme and Handicap certification by communicating informations and training to the staff.

Implementation and monitoring of the EU Ecolabel certification by creating informations, trainings for the staff, and follow up tables for energies.

- Daily control and reconciliation between the PMS Opera System and the bank.
- Ensuring control of daily city ledgers.
- Working closely with OTAs and companies in case of any problems which needs to be solved.
- Daily control of FO and F&B cashiers.
- Analyse and reports all variance pertaining to costs and inventory management for the restaurant.
- Managing the hotel monthly inventory process with the cost controller.

Assist the Communication Manager (8 weeks during the school year) in order to promote Pernod brands by :
- Organising cocktails at the Club Pernod.
- Preparing Pernod stand and products for events like Exp'Hotel in Bordeaux.
- Helping to launch new Pernod brands like the Ballantine's Brasil.

In charge to organise events and weekend for the students :
- Gala of the school for more than 300 people.
- Ski weekend.
- Integration weekend for more than 100 students.
- Parties.
