We have 15 CNC Okuma milling machines and 4 CNC lathes in a clean, organized state of the art facility. We also have a climate controlled quality inspection department with all the required annually qualified inspection equipment. Led a team of engineers and production associates in developing a mass production centrifugal casting process for the 2003 Honda Accord. Initiated R&D Scope, developed cost justification, business plan, overall project schedule, process plan, line layout and equipment specifications based on research and development testing results.
