Played a pivotal role in maintaining the network while enhancing security and reliability for ICON, a Fortune 500 company, across hundreds of sites with 40,000+ employees in a global setting.-Led all technical aspects of the migration of three legacy data centers after the ICON acquisition requiring setup of Cisco 9300 switches, ISR 4431 routers (MPLS and GRE backup VPN), Firepower FTD 21xx firewalls, Wlan 2500 controllers, ISE 3.0 node and Netscaler load balancer. -Conducted audits of all traffic flows of hundreds of servers to achieve micro-segmentation (using VMWare NSX) in the new location.-Planned, staged and implemented full site network upgrades to CATO SD-WAN, Meraki MS225 switches and MR36 wifi access points with EAP-TLS certificate based authentication..-Migrated legacy Cisco Anyconnect VPN platform to new load balanced FTD 2140’s secured with certificate based authentication using Cisco Identity Services Engine in two data centers.-Designed an “out-of-band” Raritan console access solution to greatly reduce remote site downtime after outages.-Took ownership and solved reliability issues with wireless 2.4GHz Mortara ECG medical devices that are key in clinical trials.-Designed and implemented a solution to map printers and IoT devices to “DMZ like” secure vlan using dot1x ISE profiling.-Performed root cause analysis using tools like Viavi Apex network analyser(with Gigamon), Wireshark, Solarwinds and SD-WAN analytics tools.-Worked tightly with cybersecurity teams on Fortigate, Cisco firewall and Zscaler policy changes as well as vulnerability remediations.

Promoted to Cisco Practice Manager Role and successfully drove pre-sales and implementation for many Cisco and Meraki Networking, Security and Unified Communications projects.
