In Life there are long term goals and short term goals, I've set some for myself. As a young boy growing up I was always an athlete so I have had my fair share of injuries, during these injuries I've had individuals that were coaches, trainers, physical therapist, and strength and conditioning coaches help me get past them. With this being said my short term goal is to earn my BS in Kinesiology and become a coach. With my time as a coach I will observe how athletes become stronger, faster, and better at their position. After some time as a coach I will be working my way towards my long term goal and become a Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach.
