Working as an Infrastructure Project Manager for Dublin Airport Authority (daa).Previous Projects:Initially managing three distinguished streams of the daa Shannon Separation Project. With the division of the daa, Shannon Airport has become an independent identity - with this, a new independent infrastructure has been deployed:Key Responsibilities• A new Cisco network was installed for the airport, as network traffic cannot be shared between the airports, including firewalls, DMZs and routers. • A new DiDiver reporting system has been installed to analyse Flight and Financial information.• A new telephony management solution has been installed locally to manage all aspects of the telephony system from extension management to billings.• A local Service Desk has been provided, following a tendering process, to facilitate local incident management and infrastructure.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Current Projects:Currently working on three IT and Operational Projects:• Installation of a new CUTE (Common User Terminal Emulation) system for Cork and Dublin airports. - Sub Project: Deployment of trial equipment at both airports from multiple suppliers for multiple airlines.• IT Service Desk Consolidation - Consolidation of three service desks into one across two airports. Scope of support is across both IT and Airport Operational systems.• ITSM Toolset Deployment and Process Development - Implementation of Standardised processes across the IT organisation through the deployment of an ITSM Toolset.
