I was the first full time employee, joining to assist with sudden growth from a global contract. I lead our product development, operations, and both external and internal marketing. We grew to 4 full time employees and about 3 white label agencies and 25ish freelancers on an as-needed contract basis.We sold consulting, marketing services, and a custom wordpress platform built for nonprofits in the Global, National, and Regional size. We specialized in NGOs in the human service space (Education, Mental Health, Community)Some of my contributions:● Helped a global 100+ year old nonprofit recover from losing the royalties revenue of the Happy Birthday Song● First two weeks renegotiated contracts and increased hourly billable rate on all legacy clients without losing them● In the first month halved the operation cost of producing $20k to $30k Wordpress websites by developing a more easily customized system with CRO proven templates that could be maintained and pushed to all clients.● Creation of automated marketing campaign templates for ActiveCampaign to reduce time cost of creating successful donation campaigns, some of these automations are still actively used with no modifications made.● Increased net revenue per client by setting up and selling a one-day “Agile launch” process to get the client using the website platform immediately. This allowed us to sell the bulk of the marketing services upfront instead of the usual web agency fair of needing 2 to 3 months to build the website then running marketing to the new website.● Assisted in the creation of a trademarked system The Impact Method™. Work included creating a pitch deck, website redesign, service pricing, and how to fire bad freelancers to hire good ones. We set an initial goal of hitting 1 hot in-bound lead and achieved this goal within 30 days of the launch by landing the largest, at the time, whale tourism company in Australia.● Empowered a TX Branding Agency by removing their reliance on developersWordpress developer and operation consultant, I assisted a studio for 6 months in removing developers as a needed role to produce websites and marketing campaigns. By setting up a customized WordPress platform that enabled their designers to build bespoke websites without a developer and offloading the hosting which was killing profits. This mental shift of not needing a developer anymore helped the studio focus on their true skills.

Developed and released an application used nationally within 911 call centers to streamline QA process by fully digitizing their workflow with additional rulesets. We utilized Telerik controls but an addition to them I built our video player module.I worked in a small team of 4 using Scrum Agile process within C# Silverlight 4.0 utilizing the Prism Framework which was a MVVM, SOA, DI framework where we utilized Entity Framework for our SQL ORM but also had existing SQL that I optimized. ADuring this time I also gave several talks at local tech meet-ups explaining async C# in Silverlight, as at the time Async was only fully supported in Silverlight, and later was released in C# late 2011 with the release of Silverlight 5 and C# v3
