• I am a driven and hardworking individual with a background in sports pursuing a career in Professional Sales. I have played competitive sports my whole life and am currently a Junior captain on the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse Team. With that being said a story I like to tell to show my attributes is from my sophomore year of high school. I have an older brother that was the captain of the Varsity Lacrosse team, and I was still trying to make the team. Going into tryouts there was a lot of pressure on me to make the team with my brother, but everyone was telling me I have nothing to worry about and I will make the team no problem. Turns out I got cut from the team and was placed on Junior Varsity. This news hurt me, but instead of getting down on myself I used it as motivation and worked hard trying to prove myself. I would stay extra hours almost every day improving my footwork and stick skills. Eventually the coaches started to notice me and had me come in for a private tryout. Staying driven and always working hard finally paid off as I got called up to the Varsity team for the end of the year. Fast forward two years I never stopped working and was voted by my peers to be the Senior Captain. I use this part of LinkedIn for strategic tactics.
