Highlights: Reduced parts orders in my territory from over 8% to less than 1%. Started and completed 51 projects on-time over the course of 4 years and 5 months. Trained newly hired Field Managers and assisted current Field Managers with issues and procedural advice. Worked for my Father's Home Building business. Started sweeping and cleaning up job sites. Responsibilities grew with age and experience and with demand. During high school, I worked each summer with a different trade to learn about their tasks, codes, and their relation to each other during the construction cycle.In the end, I was managing my own construction sites, doing kitchen and bath design as well as landscape design, prioritized and scheduled jobs to be completed, supervised selected laborers and subcontractors, and scheduled and coordinated delivery of tools and materials to job sites.
