With over 25 years of professional photography experience, my journey has evolved from capturing timeless moments in weddings and portraits to combining photography and mindfulness. I now lead mindfulness photography workshops around Cornwall, blending creative expression with well-being practices.My approach emphasises slowing down and truly observing the world, transforming the act of photography into a therapeutic and deeply meaningful experience.
