As someone who finds their greatest success in helping others be successful and find satisfaction in their work, I love having a role that allows me to do this. Developing and improving on programs that create employee engagement is something that has been a part of my current role and in the company, I worked for prior. Employees report that they have found long term success using the systems that I have developed. I am a team player who feels fulfilled when I am creatively engaged, focused on details, working on projects, and communicating with others. I look forward to taking the things I have learned from past projects and utilizing them to in bringing success to future projects. I am a fast learner and have accountability to time management for projects and processes I am responsible for.One of my greatest strengths is communication and the ability to build rapport and relationships with everyone I work with. Whether it is co-workers, employees, management, or stakeholders I am often complimented on the ease with which I communicate basic to complex concepts while getting the buy-in of those I am working with.
